Steve Laugher

Steve Laugher is a Director of LMD Learning Solutions. He has been part of the training and development world for over 28 years. In that time he has been involved in designing and delivering training events, programmes and courses for a wide range of companies in both the public and private sectors. Steve is Licentiate Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning. He is accredited to run Strength Deployment Inventory development tool, PRISM Profiling tools. He has a professional Certificate in Management.

Tony Wareing

Tony Wareing is a Director of LMD Learning Solutions. With wide experience of organisation development projects in many sectors Tony is a highly effective facilitator with a reputation for getting results. He has worked with senior teams to help them link their actions to strategy and has facilitated large scale events to improve engagement and performance. Most recently he has led a consultancy and training project to introduce more effective and flexible working practices in a large local authority. Tony has a BSC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a master practitioner for the Margerison-McCann Team Management Systems.
Ken Goodier

Ken Goodier is a Director of LMD Learning Solutions. He designs, delivers and coordinates Leadership and Management programmes Worldwide. He has a great deal of experience of training in different cultures including Far East, Middle East, North and South America and Europe during the last 11 years. Ken’s passion is to train managers in transferable skills and in making a real difference back in the workplace. He has coached and mentored individuals for many years and enjoys sharing their successes. Previously Ken had a successful career in the Pharmaceutical Industry across the UK, Europe and the USA, with responsibility at Director level for Commercial Affairs. He has a BSc (Hons) and an MA in Training and Development.
Jane Wolfson

Jane Wolfson was a founder of LMD Learning Solutions and the company’s Learning Director for almost 30 years. Formerly a lecturer in education at the Open University, where she pioneered community education courses, Jane’s expertise lies in training needs analysis, options appraisal, design and evaluation of bespoke blended learning solutions. Jane now works as an associate member of the LMD team.
Bill Dunn

Bill Dunn has over 20 years experience designing and developing learning and assessment, working for clients such as UBM, Nationwide, Lloyds TSB, and BMW. Assignments include leading the creating of hundreds of hours of bespoke training and e-learning; competence frameworks for Board level roles in the NHS, for the FCO and for MoD; and development of assessment and development centres against a wide range of competence frameworks. Bill has a BEd(Hons) First Class, MPhil (research into the impact of technology on learning) PhD (in the theory, design, development and assessment of learning) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Heather Girling

Heather Girling is an experienced and innovative trainer/facilitator with over 12 years employed in management and personnel roles in different sectors and 10 years as trainer, facilitator and coach. Heather works mainly in the NHS designing and delivering Leadership Development courses for all levels of Managers. She is accredited as a Certified Learning Practitioner (LPA), and has Certificates in Training Practice (CIPD), Performance Coaching, Occupational & Organisational Stress and an HNC in Business Management.

Ian Mosedale

Ian Mosedale is a highly experienced trainer and coach. He has worked with leading manufacturing organisations, public sector agencies, education providers and local authorities. He has recently worked with several NHS organisations on Management Skills and Performance Management and Appraisal and Equality and Diversity programmes. Ian has a CIPD Certificate in Training and Development, a CIPD Diploma in Training Management, an Appreciative Inquiry Masters Award and NLP Master Practitioner Certificate. He is also qualified as an NVQ Assessor and Verifier and an Accredited Quality Auditor for the Awarding Body EDI. He is a Fellow of CIPD and is an accredited TMS practitioner.
Brenda Halliwell

Brenda Halliwell has been part of the training and development world for over 25 years. She has developed training events and courses for a wide range of companies in both the public and private sectors. Recent assignments include design and delivery of programmes on handling difficult situations, assertiveness, and personal effectiveness for various NHS and Government Department clients, resulting in increased engagement and confidence. She is a Fellow of CIPD, holds a CIPD Certificate in Training and Development, a CIPD Diploma in Training Management, a Graduate CIPD in Employee Development, an Appreciative Inquiry Masters Award and an NLP Master Practitioner Certificate. She is also an NVQ Assessor and Verifier.
Dominic Demolder

Dominic Demolder has over 15 years’ experience of working extensively within the NHS, public and financial sectors to design and deliver innovative leadership & management development programmes, including performance management, presentation skills and project management. He has also designed competency frameworks and delivered organisation-wide training needs analysis. He has a track record of facilitating change and service improvement in local government, NHS organisations, social housing and universities. Dominic has an MA in Management, is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Fellow of the Institute of Organisational Learning and a Certified Learning Practitioner.
Judi Walsingham

Judi Walsingham is a learning and development professional with over 20 years training design and delivery and management experience in the NHS, health care, clinical research and pharmaceutical industries. She delivers accelerated learning courses in a wide range of soft skills and has a particular interest in management, supervision and interpersonal skills training. Judi has a Certificate in training and development and Diploma in training management, is a trained NLP Practitioner and Chartered MCIPD.

Jon Harvey

Jon Harvey is an accomplished organisational development practitioner, strategy & change facilitator and leadership developer, with over 21 years' experience across the public services and commercial world. He has worked with many large and small agencies including the police, the NHS, local authorities and the civil service. He specialises in whole system methods by designing and facilitating large meetings of connected people to enable them to make decisions about how best to handle future challenges. He is a registered programme manager, a qualified and experienced leadership coach, a skilful Myers Briggs practitioner and a Member of the British Psychological Society.
Anne Bennett

Anne Bennett has a rich track record of effective OD practice across the UK Public and related sectors. As an organisational and systems psychologist, integrated with leadership and team coaching, she has worked across most areas of the UK 'social economy' and has a passion for appreciative and sustainable interventions. Anne is trained and qualified to use a wide range of psychometric assessments, organisational diagnostics, process consulting skills and whole systems/strategic change methodologies.
Marylou Lusvet

Marylou Lousvet has over 25 years' experience as an organisation development consultant and management trainer, working in the public, private and voluntary sectors. A recent typical project was with a government agency supporting the implementation of home working and agile working options. Marylou coached and mentored the project team, facilitated pilots and produced an evaluation matrix, enabling the agency to close regional offices and retain experienced staff. She has a First class BSc (Hons) degree in Chemistry, Diploma in Management Studies with Distinction, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and MBTI- qualified.

Jan Brause

Jan Brause is a professional coach and coach supervisor with many years’ successful experience of enabling personal growth and performance improvement through a passionate focus on the individual in an organisational context. She has coached staff at all levels in business from shop floor to senior directors. She is Member of the Association for Coaching, and an Accredited High Performance Coach trained by Graham Alexander. Jan is an Accredited Coach Supervisor through the Coaching Supervision Academy and works with both trainee and experienced coaches. She is also a Licensed SDI and MTQ48 Facilitator, INLPTA-trained Master NLP Practitioner, Fellow of CIPD, Member Chartered Institute of Management, and Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society. She has a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology.
Tina Rumbold

Tina Rumble has over 15 years experience in analysis, design and delivery of personal, leadership and organisational development initiatives in both the public and private sectors. She has a background of 10+ years in management and HR, predominantly in the public and financial services sectors, with several years working within the field of disability and equal opportunities. Tina is British Psychological Society qualified to level A & B for psychometrics, and trained and licensed for Myers Briggs, SHL, Challey, SDI instruments. She is an NVQ assessor and verifier, and ILM approved trainer to Level 7 executive training and coaching, is an associate member CIPD, and member IEBE.

Alix Dees

Alix Dees has worked as an instructional designer for eight years on blended solutions for corporate and public sector organisations, covering technical and soft skills subjects. Her specific areas of expertise include developing e-learning strategy and leading implementation; identifying the specific training need, audience characteristics and context; instructional design for elearning and blended solutions; information architecture and navigation for websites and web resources; and writing training content for print and web. Alix is also skilled in developing clients' in-house content developers and e-tutors. Alix has a first degree in Design for Learning and a Masters in Business Administration.
David Wolfson

David Wolfson is an experienced trainer and consultant, and co-founder of LMD. He has worked at all levels from primary to higher education, and with managers in corporate and public sector organisations. He devises e-learning programme architecture and enables senior leaders to make effective use of online learning and learning communities in their organisations. He was director of the e-learning division of a major private sector education provider and Chairman of the British Learning Association (now British Institute for Learning and Development). David is a qualified schools inspector (Ofsted) and holds a BA Hons (Politics), PGCE (English), CELTA, Media Resources Officer Certificate.
Tony Frascina

Tony Frascina is a learning consultant with 30 years experience in training, teaching and research. Originally from an educational background, he has undertaken research in Human-Computer Interaction, presenting his work on user-centred design to a world-wide audience. For the past 16 years, he has been a designer of e-learning, working with a wide variety of clients from industry, public agencies and government departments. Tony has a BSc (2:1), Botany; University of Liverpool, MSc (Distinction), Computer Studies; Sheffield City Polytechnic, PhD (Human-Computer Interaction) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education; University of Liverpool.

Kristi Fletcher

Kristi Fletcher is a hands-on Project Manager specialising in face-to-face training and blended learning solutions, building her expertise over several years experience in the field and utilising Prince2 methodologies. A background in customer service management and management of data projects in an innovative online environment has given Kristi a breadth of knowledge and experience which supports the running of projects for customer facing clients in particular. Clients include: Highways Agency Traffic Officer Service, Nottingham University Hospital Trust, Communities and Local Government (CLG)
